What to Include
- Your drone model, controller, DJI Fly version, and firmware version.
- The mission type, altitude, terrain-follow setting, and elevation source.
- A screenshot or the generated KMZ file when the issue is mission-specific.
- Your operating country if the question is about availability, billing, or refund handling.
Billing and Refunds
Billing, invoices, subscriptions, tax, and card payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy checkout and customer portal flows. Refund requests should follow the Refund Policy.
