Refund Policy

1. Paid Products

DronePoint paid products may include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime licenses, or other digital access products sold through Lemon Squeezy. The exact product, price, renewal term, and included features are shown at checkout.

2. Refund Window

Unless checkout states otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase if the product does not work as described and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

For subscriptions, refunds normally apply only to the first billing period. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

6. Lemon Squeezy Processing

Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record or reseller and may process refunds, taxes, invoices, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Lemon Squeezy, payment networks, banks, and card issuers.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order email, Lemon Squeezy order number if available, product purchased, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.

8. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
